Once your implants are placed, he sutures the incision site and sends you home while your gums heal and the implant fuses with your jawbone, which typically takes between 4-6 months.
Once you’re healed and the implant has osseointegrated, you come back for another appointment where Dr. Ennabi installs an abutment that will connect the implant to your restoration. After your gums have healed around your abutment, you come back for another visit where Dr. Ennabi finally places your crown, bridge, or denture. The entire process can take up to a year or longer but will leave you with a replacement tooth or teeth that look and feel just like the real thing.
