Meet Our Providers

Haitham J. Ennabi, DDS, is a highly skilled dentist who specializes in cosmetic and preventive dentistry. He leads the team at Quality Dental Care, with locations in Hopewell Junction and Pawling, New York.

Dr. Ennabi earned his dental degree from the prestigious program at New York University’s College of Dentistry in New York City. He regularly participates in continuing education courses in order to stay up to date with the latest advances in dental care and technologies, ensuring that his patients get the safest and most effective dental treatments, such as Lumineers®, a painless method to reshape and permanently whiten teeth in just two office visits.

Dr. Ennabi is incredibly active in his field and is a member of numerous dental organizations including the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He’s also the Deputy Chief Surgeon for the New York State Police and is proud to be actively involved with the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department (he participates with the insurance in full).

Outside of his practice, Dr. Ennabi has also appeared on television. Ask him about his role on HBO’s The Sopranos!

Antonio Cutlatsakes, DDS

Dr. Cutlatsakes brings to every procedure a level of precision and accuracy that is key to successful dental treatment. Antonio Cutlatsakes, D.D.S. graduated from George Washington University with a B.S. in Biology. He then received his dental education at New York University College of Dentistry. He completed his residency at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center.

Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Adam Arnoldt is a life-long New Yorker. He graduated from Union College in Schenectady as biology major. Following Union, he attended the State University of New York at Buffalo College of Dental Medicine.

After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY- Buffalo, Dr. Arnoldt was accepted into a general practice residency at Westchester Medical Center. This exposure to the hospital environment and oral and maxillofacial surgery led to a desire to further his career and scope of practice. After successful completion of his residency in dentistry, Dr. Arnoldt was accepted as the chief resident in general dentistry at the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine. There he gained extensive experience in all phases of implant dentistry.

After finishing his training at Albert Einstein, Dr. Arnoldt returned to Westchester Medical Center (WMC) to begin his training as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. His surgical experience at WMC ranged from implants and dentoalveolar surgery to trauma and facial reconstruction. Dr. Arnoldt now practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Arnoldt is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Board Certified by the American Dental Society of Anesthesia. Additionally, he is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member of the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association and the Northern Westchester Dental Society. Dr. Arnoldt is the President of the Northern Westchester Dental Study club for the 2010 2011 year.
